TechnipFMC is a company in the petroleum industry resulting from the merger of Technip and FMC Technologies in 2017. The company is present in almost 50 countries around the world and has around 38,000 employees.
At the beginning of 2018, TechnipFMC's General Management decided to launch a new Corporate Intranet, replacing two ageing platforms, inherited from the two former companies. General Management also had the willingness to promote the corporate culture and improve the sense of belonging of the employees to the new company.
