class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">In 2022, we launched a new biennial Observatory: the <strong>Hybrid Work Observatory<\/strong>, a study that allows us <strong>to analyze the evolution of work environments <\/strong>from both a <strong>technological<\/strong> and <strong>human<\/strong> perspective (management in the digital age, change management).<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"translation-block\">This year, we continue to measure and monitor the hybridization of work by maintaining the two historical themes (the <strong>evolution of management in the digital age <\/strong>and the <strong>deployment of digital\/collaborative tools<\/strong>) and by incorporating the new theme of <strong>the emergence of generative AI<\/strong>.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>In addition to the usual questions, we also examine:<\/p><ul><li>the stage of deployment of generative AI tools within organizations<\/li><li>the professional uses of generative AI\u00a0<\/li><li>the actions implemented to support employees in using generative AI<\/li><li>the perspectives of organizations regarding generative edition?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73602ea elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">1.<\/span> Teleworking: a significant Growth<\/strong><\/h3><div><p>Nearly one in two employees in our study panel works remotely one to two days a week.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Far from declining, <b>remote work is increasing <\/b>compared to our last measurement: <strong>22%<\/strong> of respondents reported an <strong>increase in their average number of remote work days since 2022<\/strong>, while only 15% reported a decrease.<\/p><p>This trend contradicts recent statements about employees returning to the office, reflecting a tension between leaders' rhetoric and what is actually happening.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div well as various applications (presence declaration, workflow, electronic signature).<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The majority of employees (67%) have <strong> suitable equipment<\/strong>  (tablets, laptops, etc.) to work efficiently from home.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">30% of companies have invested in <b>connectivity infrastructure <\/b> and <b>renovated premises<\/b> and <b>contribute to personal expenses.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Despite good technical conditions, the adaptation of managers to hybrid work is \n <b>satisfactory in only one out of two companies (53%)<\/b>.
