class=\"translation-block\">For over <strong>20 years<\/strong>, Arctus has been conducting studies to <strong>analyze internal digital transformation trends<\/strong> and <strong>assist decision-makers and project leaders<\/strong> in the evolution of their organizations.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">This year, we are launching a brand new biennial study to  follow the transformations of the work environment, both on the technological and human aspects.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The Observatory includes an online survey, the fieldwork of which lasted from  February 2 to April 4, 2022,  and qualitative interviews with experts from different fields (HR, communication, digital technology, change management, sociology,
